Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Product expired at the time of delivery
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- Returned with invoice
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrectly supplied:
- Nutraceutical supplements
- Homoeopathic medicines
- Cosmetics
- Personal care products
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary.
Replacement
Where applicable, replacement products will be shipped without additional charges.
